Has anyone ever used an EAP, etc for mediation for themselves and a colleague? I’m a solo department and I have a coworker who keeps trying to undermine me. That employee’s supervisor doesn’t seem to do anything about it/is intimidated by them I think. I’m trying to keep my composure because I’m in a very corporate environment, but it’s hard to see a path forward with this person-I’m getting very resentful and angry.

I have a brokerage account with 7k in it, split 70% VOO 30% SCHF. I now have an additional 11k I can add - how should I allocate it? Should I move towards an 80/20 split just in current funds or add things like a growth (VGT) or high dividend ETF (VYM).
