Has anyone experienced a situation where a PERM was filed for a Manager-level role, but the individual was not formally promoted to that title - and the firm still proceeded with filing the I-485?
Would really appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this or seen a similar case.

I am trying to figure out how to switch to SWE. I have a masters in civil engineering and have a good background in higher level math. It looks like the better coding boot camps are quite expensive. The alternative is another masters in CS which is the same cost as many boot camps. Any recommendations on picking between a coding boot camp and getting another masters degree in CS? I’m looking to get into the best position possible after getting an education in CS (get a job quick and good pay).

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm launching a small PE firm and need advice on structuring equity for early founding team members.

I don't want to give up equity in the firm for several reasons but I do need to incentivize my team.
