Has anyone gotten a summer job tough a temp agency? I need a break from working with kids this summer but want something flexible and with fewer responsibilities. What was your experience like?

Suggestions needed. Got offer from other Big4s with same money offer. Got to talk to very great partners, and practices/work-life balance are very similar across all 3 firms. Currently more toward DT but only cuz I know more people there so I feel less nervous going there. When it comes to turning down offers, what other professional reasons can I provide?

I work with a classroom of Middle School ED students. One student, who I worked with the year before, has changed alot over the year. Last year (pre COVID), she had a good head on her shoulders and I thought I had good rapor with her. But over that period of isolation, she tried to commit suicide.

All year, she was much more withdrawn and ALWAYS on her phone! At the end of the I was 'beat up by her - she really knocked my glasses off.

I and my boyfriend have been dating over a year now. Our relationship in general is pretty smooth and sweet. The only problem is he has not come out to his parents yet. My fiancé will NOT stop talking about her ex. After I found out they were texting arguing she justified it by saying it was about the dogs and not them. Even though Her social media is full of his pics. She still sends him $50 a month for dog food, still goes to work right by his place and suspiciously needs keys. I try to bring it up and I get dismantled for being too mean and making “false accusations.” How much more obvious can it be?
