How much hike Accenture provide to retain employee?

Any tips on asking for a raise? I’ve recently taken calls with several recruiters and discovered that I’m likely underpaid by about 15%. I just got an 8% raise and I got the highest performance rating two years in a row so I think I’m in a good position to ask. I work for a large company, 300k employees and have about 27-28% left until I hit the max range for my role)

Just received an offer letter for 80k with 10% bonus structure, 3 YOE, Houston TX for full cycle recruitment including college recruiting (would be the only recruiter, company went public this year)… 80k was the salary they would offer “the right candidate”, wondering if I should counter? I feel like it’s a competitive offer for my YOE but not 100% sure

Anyone left FIS Global within very short duration after joining like within 6 month or less than that ?
If yes what was the reason to leave that ? So that could understand cons of FIS.

Or anyone can help about Cons of FIS Global joining ?

I was thinking to join @Dassault but after some research I found that many people are leaving the organization and the reviews are not so good which it used to be. (My friend is working in DS and I got to know that the policies are not good and organization is forcing people to come to office and they are not easy to adopt).

Also there is some discrepancy going on. Need your suggestion.

I interviewed with Infosys Consulting and their were 2 rounds. Post the same, I got a mail from HR stating that I have cleared those and asked me to share documents and fill one form with academic details and expectations.

It has been almost 40 days since I submitted those but HR hasn't called me. Gave them couple of polite reminders over email to which they reply everytime that they'll get back to me next week, however to no avail.
