Has anyone had a QBI sim (reg) where the taxable income fell between the income brackets? These are the most difficult to solve for, wondering if it’s worth memorizing.

It’s a game of risk— I don’t even remember my sims at this point. If you can memorize it, apply it, then great. If not, and you feel decently comfortable on other sections, then just continue to build on your strengths. You can’t possibly know everything.

I’ve got a partnership w/ two of my uncles. We have two houses on rent. we use the profit from the homes as a single pot where we pay for the maintenance expenses (different cash flow from each). We are close family and they trust my judgement. Another of my uncles wants to join for the next home we buy. How do we split/ allow their buy in to our partnership for the next home? Just took FAR for the fourth time today 😂 LOTS of not for profit questions and even sims were not for profit!!!!! Definitely more than 5-15% Becker said!!! I got like 60% was based on NFP!

Oh my god. I am finally done with the CPA. It took me 5 years and I failed so many times, lost credit, spent thousands of dollars on different study materials, coffees, pens, etc. I can’t believe this day has finally come for me. If you’re struggling please don’t give up and don’t compare yourself to someone else. It will eventually happen for you if you keep pushing!
