Has anyone heard of MIJ Hub before, and what is the working environment? I looked up the reviews on Glassdoor, and while it has its positives, the negatives outweigh the positives. I had a good talk with the HR over the phone, and I've done up the assessment. If I am shortlisted, I will then have a physical interview.

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.

Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets. I’m also doing more untraditional cases at times which makes me feel like I’m not performing that well. Has anyone experienced similar things? How did you cope with it/What’s your advice? I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.
