Always scaled down the amount of cases I did before interviews (basically did none the day before, some math/structure drills the day of) because I also noticed I’d start second guessing my abilities the closer interview time came.
Try splitting a case into different pieces (I.e., questions - framing - calculation - second level insights - wrapping up - next steps) as you start getting closer to the interview so you can just focus on areas you’re weaker at instead of second guessing the entire case.

Final round casing is less about solve and more about personal fit. Of my two final round interviews, one senior partner lost interest in the case and we talked about general stuff. The other one gave me homework and there was no case at all.
You’ve gotten this far which means they know you can case. I’d focus more on what separates you from other candidates, personality wise, what makes you a fit with the firm, and what clever questions you have to ask your interviewers. Casing from here just feels like diminished returns.
