Has anyone noticed any bias when it comes to employing? I helped interview a few people for a role, and there was 1 clear winner that was perfect for the role with the right experience, but my boss decided to choose his friend who was not experienced enough. But he would not be training them, it’s me! I have been honest and said I don’t think he’s qualified enough etc but it’s got me nowhere!

Therapy Scheduling Issues - I love my therapist but they are not able to schedule sessions on the weekend or Friday evening and I’ve missed 7/10 last sessions scheduled due to last minute work stuff.
