Have opportunity to work in my firm’s London satellite office for about a year and a half, and then come back to NY headquarters. In good standing with firm and have M&A and capital markets experience. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? For all you Figma users, do you share/present the Figma file with your clients? If so, how do you separate them from looking at you when you’re working on the file? It’s almost feels uncomfortable.

I’m a new hire and currently the only creative on a team of developers. I’ve requested Figma—but IT has pushed back, asking for “detailed business justification… explaining it is beneficial or will assist in day-to-day tasks”.
