Has anyone noticed how much they test candidates now and it's not just one test, it's many. They also seem to want to hire tier 3 for tier 1 pay. These companies are asking puzzle based questions, tier 3 technical questions, story problems, logic questions, anything to disqualify you in that hour of interviewing. They also end the interview with "... if they contact you back for the next round". Is it possible that this is the end of the IT field?

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. Can two different recruiters submit you to the same place if they’re submitting 4-5 months apart? I’m not using both concurrently. Recruiter 1 submitted me to places in the beginning of the year and only one interview came out of it. Recruiter 2 wants to submit me to some places now. I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
