I set boundaries and stuck to them. I have the same role, same paycheck, but I no longer raise my hand for one-off projects and honestly, I don't go above-and-beyond. My family comes first. This is a job. I log on at 9 and off at 5 (or sometimes before, if I can and I make up the billable time elsewhere). I feel 0% guilty because I gave this agency way more of me than they deserve for years.

I’ll go above and beyond when they do. Which is never.
I went from full time to fractional. I work 20 ish hours a week and have set hours where my team knows I am available. After that, I’m off the clock. Took a huge pay cut but now I can live my life.
This is what I want to be able to do as well after I have kids. Would love to hear how you were able to go part time
I gave way more than the agency deserved for the same paycheck because they dangled the carrot of promotion. Had a wake up call one day when the work life imbalance started affecting my mental and physical wellbeing. Decided to let go of ambition, and basically told them that I am not interested in the promo. Earned peace of mind, reasonable work hrs, and don't hate getting out of bed anymore ridden with anxiety, which in my book is a win until a better opportunity comes along.
I have boundaries and I don’t let them slide unless it’s something expected I.e. production.l or rare one-offs. Otherwise I rarely respond after 5, don’t check my phone after hours or on vacation, etc. It does mean that I don’t get tapped for certain types of brief but I’m ok with that trade off.
I officially “retired” from about half a dozen things I did for the agency for years that were not part of my actual job. I was giving them way too many hours and wanted to get back in the 40 to 55 hr/wk range. So I stopped doing all the extra things I was doing just to be nice and supportive. Looking at your list and streamlining what you actually need to do could be helpful in your quest?
