Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

Do you have colleagues you’re friendly with? You should plan to go out for drinks or dinner after work one day.
I know it’s not for everyone, but I personally enjoy going out to dinner or drinks alone, especially when traveling on business. Chicago has so many great restaurants. You should post to the travel bowl and Chicago bowl (assuming there is one) asking for restaurant and bar recommendations for a solo business traveler.
And of course enjoy your hotel room — especially if you have a partner/ family or roommates back home. Some peace and quiet and room all to yourself. Maybe consider room service one night.
Have fun

Airport etiquette: Don’t be one of those people who puts your coat or personal item in the overhead in addition to your rolling bag before everyone is done boarding. If you’re a slow walker leave room for people to get by on your left and for the love of god don’t randomly stop in the middle of the pathway. Don’t block the TSA pre line trying to get in that way if you don’t have pre.
