If you don't convert a prospect to a client, do you ask for feedback? I'm always curious if it's fees, perception of services, I come across as an idiot, whatever.

I’m new to this startup and was leading a cross functional project involving several other product teams with dependencies. When we got near the end with E2E testing, I realized that none of the product teams really do QA: no test scripts, not logs of dev unit testing, no documentation of testing cycles – there devs asked “what do we do about edge cases?” I raised this to my boss (since I don’t manage those other teams) and he said I’m creating unnecessary stress for the teams. Suggestions for a team-wide task system? The main partner I work for wants me to create and continuously update an internal list of tasks/timeline/important deadlines for every litigation we’re working on. So far I’ve been just updating a Word Doc and sending it to the team every day or two but it’s not very convenient since I don’t know what new tasks the rest of the team is working on. I was “terminated” from one of the shitty IT conglomerates from India today. for no reason at the same time I’m furious because I have documented all the discrimination , sexism, harassment, labor laws broken, intimidation tactics , harassment of various kinds including sexual, so I am demanding a larger severance package the. What they offered which was nothing. I have documented all proof of this. They have consistently set me up in situations designed for me to fail.
