Has the mandatory RTO backfired at your workplace?

I haven’t seen an increase in resignations (yet) at my workplace but have friends in other industries where it’s common the answer is “I’ll just leave and work elsewhere”.

I need some advice. I’m the Director for a women’s only RTF. Everyone on site is my direct report, with the exception of the therapists (they report to the Clinical Director).
