I have some friends from my previous company who said they would like to join my company instead, and I know I have to rent/buy some trucks. What other supplies/roles should I look to start filling? I just found out how we can solve all the "supply chain problems." Maybe people could... like... order things a week BEFORE they needed them? SMH

I'm glad people can order things online and get them the next day; but it makes my job harder because a lot of the people in my company don't see that we just don't have the infrastructure for that kind of operation, so they need to order it BEFORE they need it the next day
