Not sure if this is the place to share this but i hit a pole a few months ago and there was no damage to the pole just my car. it was covid and i was in the process of moving/ the car was mostly fine so i didn’t file a claim. Now i find out it will cost 3k + out of pocket to fix. do i report it to the insurance company or is it too late?

I finished my MSN LM to maybe stand out from the large amount of applicants they get. BUT I have no experience in analytics.. so I have a chance? How do I get training in tableau, sql, interqual, project management, alteryx..

I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. I’ve been unsustainably swamped for months. Partner said they wanted to add an additional, more senior associate to the team on one massive case that went from “stayed” to “on fire” in the span of a month. I said that sounded awesome and the thought of someone else having to take on some responsibilities was such a relief… so why do I feel competitive and threatened now that the senior associate has actually been added? 🙄

What would you do if you didn’t need money? I have a fair amount coming one day and don’t actually need to work to live a good life (middle / upper-middle class). I work because of this vague notion of “ambition” and because everyone I grew up around is highly competitive and hard driving.
