Have a question about bonuses in EY India GDS. When you say you get a 30% bonus, is it 30% of the fixed CTC like if my fixed is 20L, would i get 6L bonus ? or is it the 30% of the variable pay bonus promised in the offer letter??

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
