I hold a PR immigration status in Canada and am traveling to India in November. As of this morning India has stopped Visa Services and I’m sure Canada will do the same in coming days. Im probably overthinking but the visa situation doesn’t impact my travel in/out right with the Pr?

Can someone explain the LTA policy? What happens if I don't claim any travel bills? Can I claim it as a taxable component monthly?
