Have you ever managed someone and not known what they did / didn’t understand their subject matter expertise? If so, 2 questions:
1) how did you handle it? In true honesty. 2) how did it impact your relationship with them?
I apparently have bad luck. 2 times I have gotten moved to a manager who didn’t hire me nor understand my expertise. So in this post I want to understand what would be the manager’s POV about this. Would you care to learn?

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.
