People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Have an informal “real talk” discussion with a senior partner (not one on one, with 10-15 of my fellow junior staff as well) in a couple days. Any advice for what to ask them? Want to make a good impression but also don’t want to pass up this opportunity to ask some questions that they (unlike many other people at my firm) have insight into.

I am relatively new at my in-house position on a very small legal team and have realized that all of our organization’s policies/procedures are very poorly written. My boss, the GC, clearly drafted many of them (she is not a great writer, unfortunately). Has anyone here done a complete overhaul of P&Ps or does this seem like more of a gradual project, improving on policies ad hoc as they are updated? Also, any advice on suggesting edits/dealing with a boss who’s a bad writer?

Hi all,On Monday I cleared my second round of technical interview with client, then on that day itself recruiter sent me message on indeed chat that client has informed to hire me & recruiter asked did I have salary discussion with them? & recruiter asked me if I can reduce my notice period from 90 to 60. I wrote message as per rules no. So he said he will check with client if he is ready to wait for 90days & will get back to me.He hasn't yet. So what should I do further? Shall I wait

I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer - 23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection
Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team.
Want to understand which offer should i go for ?

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. I’m very interested in the opportunity but also don’t want to make a poor financial decision early in my career. Thank you for your time!
