Have you ever worked with a manager who you thought would have all the answers, but then realized they actually knew less than you? 😅 I recently had some questions about choosing an insurance plan through my company, so I booked a meeting with my manager. I expected her to guide me, but she didn’t even know the basics. In the end, I had to call HR myself to get the information which was no joke as it takes forever. So frustrating!
