Have you found yourself changing the way you write to ensure it doesn't get mistaken for AI?

I have had a few editors accuse me of using AI to put together articles, when in fact it's just well-written and grammatically correct. Now I find myself using low brow words and dropping soem grammar favourite so people know it's human.

He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife. Any advice?

One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer.
