Have you witnessed anyone getting retained twice or more in HCL Technologies ? I wanted to understand from policy perspective, if there can be any blocker in a way to get retained second time.

Feeling like it's only a matter of time before I have to tell the new marketing dept head that the snazzy jargon just makes him sound like a tryhard and alienates our customer base

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

Can anyone help me how much time this takes ? Most of the times no HR is replying to my mails and calls not answering

Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
