CCTC-18, YOE -7.5, QA automation Offer in hand- 28 LPA, 75 days NP left Accenture is retaining with 25%hike and leadership told that remaining 25% will be covered in the dec cycle. Should I consider this offer or look for outside opportunities. I feel that getting 28+ package will be difficult at my YOE and techstack. Also, there might be some onshore opportunities in near future in current project. Please suggest.

I accepted a job offer for a small firm a week ago that will start in one and a half months. I just got a call about an interview with my dream agency. I'm going to interview with the agency, but should I tell either place about each other? I'm leaning toward waiting to do the interview and if I get the agency job, then I will back out of the offer I accepted. Every time I email this client about a pressing issue I am ignored, but as soon as the partner I CC on the email chimes in to ask for a response THEN all of sudden the client responds immediately. I don't know how sustainable model is this? 50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny. Top of that , they will not provide any laptop. It just like someone contact type of work.. Surely will not join...if you are not sure your employee will get project or bench ,don't recruit them..

Hello all— is it still necessary to send thank you notes after interviews? Specifically at big tech companies.

I am at a small firm with great WLB and no billable hour requirements. We only write down time that is truly billable to the client, and I bill about 1500 hours. I am considering going to a larger firm, and all of them (obviously) have requirements that are more than 1500. I’m sure it varies by firm, but are there categories of time that would not necessary be billable to the client but may count to your requirements? For example, pro bono, professional development, CLEs, etc? Wishful thinking?
