Heard from managers that the team members are kept on watch list, if not improved then being put into PIP and if still not improved they are being COed. This is a LIE! Because I have seen my immediate juniors getting COed without being in watch list or being put on PIP. Without these the team member was COed. Managers just know how to lie to their team members.
