So I’ve been on a big tech client adv project for months now and have formed a good relationship with one of the contacts. She’s dropping hints about open positions, and they would pay me about 40% more and I like the company culture, so I want to work there. Will there be a noncompete or other internal problem if I go work for them / tell them I’m interested at the very least?

A quick check. How many of you got the project after joining in coforge? If you got the project is it same client which was promised while interview process? Please respond.

So many tech people working as contractor in NIQ. Their mentality and behaviour with NIQ employees are service based micromanagement mindset and not willing to share the KT appropriately and also not responding properly.

My client wants to hire me directly but I'm at offshore, he says he will give short term onsite for three months and within those days he will try to hire me directly. But i had other plans and have already resigned my LWD is in July but my company has not informed the client yet. I really like the project just moving due to financial need. Pls advise!? My client doesn't know that I have resignation plan but he offered this to me.

I’m starting to search for a new position and I see a lot of really granular roles: PM Notifications, PM, Site Navigation, etc. At my current company, I’m involved with almost the entire product and I directly own 2 current features top to bottom with multiple others in the research and design phases. I can’t imagine these being full-time positions. Can anyone with a role like this comment on what your day-to-day is like?

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
