Hi Fishies. Im 31 yrs old,spouse 33 yrs old. We are going with IVF due to male factor. Today we got PGT results from CCRM Boston. Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. EYP fish - Just received an offer as an experienced hire senior consultant for 160k. I didn’t get a sign on bonus despite asking for one. Is this in line with what everyone else is experiencing?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

Joining BNP Paribas for role of Senior BA in bangalore, is the Bangalore office new? How many employees are there? How is company culture? Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
