I have an offer from LTI Mindtree, Noida area.

I have 7 YOE as full stack developer. I work in MERN/MEAN.

I don't know what is the average salary of an employee as with these YOE and tech.

Can anyone please your honest experience ?
Anything like goods and bads with work life balance, benching policy, etc will also be fine.

Your opinion matters and will help me in making my decision.

What is typical % of bonus at end of year

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

I have got 2 offers. I am not sure which one to choose. I have mentioned the details below.

1. Elsevier - 23 Fixed + 3.5 variable pay(No relocation required)
2. T-Systems - 26 Fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus (Bangalore relocation required - Hybrid model)

Confused between the above 2 offers. Which one will be better regarding wlb and job security?

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. Now I’m having anxiety searching for a job. I don’t think I want to sell anymore yet every single recruiter I interview with says I should, that I have a “salesperson mentality”. I’m burnt out. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
