I have an offer of 14.2 CTC (11.7 fixed + 1.18 variable + 1 something pf gratuity).

CCTC: 9 LPA ( 6.81 fixed + 45k variable + 90k allowances + 1 gratuity pf) I get around 60k per month now, fully remote.

YOE: 4
Tech stack: Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Firewalls, SASE.

How much can I ask Deloitte USI? When scheduling interviews they almost told the same amount that I have as an offer now.

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

Can anyone suggest if I can make a rental contract with my parents on a 1rupee stamp duty letter for below 1 lakh? If so, can I directly submit that to income tax department while filing the return for claiming refund or should I be disclosing in Deloitte Portal for last FY 2022. Also, I assume 11 months contract doesn't require to be registered with the govt? Please correct me if this is incorrect. Appreciate your suggestions on the above for tax benefit purpose..!!

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Just got Offer letter and joining on 16th Aug.
What are the next steps i am from Delhi and have to come Hyderabad.
Does Deloitte will send the tickets and stuff?
