As fresher I see people in design domain getting 8-10LPA offers in college placements. However I’ve been given a full time offer in the same company where I’m an intern.

How good is a CTC of 6.4 lpa (6 month probation) and 7.4 LPA after probation…?

I got a job offer as a Tax Associate at PwC. I want to negotiate the salary but the HR said he cant just increase my salary since that would be unfair to other associates. The only thing he can do is to ask to compensation team and if the team approve, every in-coming associates would get a salary increase. Is that true?
