Just wanted to know salary breakdown along with any kind of allowances provided.
I was informed by the HR that there is no shift allowance in Accenture so I'd like to know about the salary breakdown

Firm didn’t really want to interview me, but decided to speak to me anyway. I have now made it through all the stages of their process, but are other candidates. Chances good for an offer?

Am I crazy for trying to negotiate about 10% of Total Comp after getting an offer that is 83% higher than my current TC?
Moving from a startup to IPOed company. Not being hard on negotiation at least I don’t think? Asked if they can get me to a higher range and if it comes up I told them I’ll sign ASAP.

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here.
