I’m working as an e-commerce executive for 4 years and my current CTC is 3.8 LPA. I’m confused what’s the current market salary for this position I’m in now.
Talking about my experience, I’m handling amazon ads and amazon operations by my own for 4 years, and im expecting to get 5.4 LPA hike in same company. Is it okay or based on market salary it should be differen? Please help

I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.
