My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Hi, I’m a tax professional but want to transition into a coding role such as bot coder and artificial intelligence. I’m really advanced with Excel and Alteryx, I even can create macros for my team and considered the technology rockstar. Do you recommend any certifications such as UIpath for my future career change? I’d also be interested in how to work for Google someday coding artificial intelligence and machine learning.

I have very specific Dev skills from 5 years in the space. I don't feel qualified as a standard full stack developer. Should I be trying to skill up in other Dev roles or double down on RPA?
