Depends on what you want to do with your next position. Workday and Oracle will pretty much lock you into only doing projects implementing that technology
Is it even possible to do Workday and Oracle certifications since their learning environments are not publicly available?
Yeah but OP is looking for a job, hence the question.
Pro
I wouldn’t put any emphasis on someone with an Oracle cert without applicable experience. Workday you need at a minimum to be an implementer, so that makes more sense and AWS is more tech and beneficial in the space.
Oracle just laid off a bunch of their recruiters and they haven’t been hiring in months. Honestly I don’t feel like any of these are promising. Do a little more research.

OCS!= Recruiters, the partner oracle space is super hot and will continue to grow if you know anything about oracle’s push to cloud and SaaS/PaaS offerings. Oracle is laying off legacy and struggling teams, like CX not ERP or HCM products.
