Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Use the term "do the needful" a lot.
Just tell them your hours available...8am-7pm or whatever. If you want to get passive aggressive, start calling them at 2pm your time and complain to the PM the team is unreachable
They complain to the PM that I am unreachable. B*tch I'm ASLEEP! I don't have a company cell phone and I'll be damned if I stay up all night trying to anticipate your call back.
I send them a slide of my time conversion to theirs and just outlined the box time of our normal business hours.
Talk to the PM that the complained to, and explain the situation. Also, set the expectation as well, is the call in the middle of the night a true emergency? Will the system die if you are not available? Is this even still a consulting work, or are we talking about Operations/Support wherein you are tagged as the secondary escalation?
Tell then they need sensitivity on all levels that tge world does not work when and how they do
Introduce them to timeanddate.com. Terrific resource for scheduling meetings across multiple time zones at (fairly) reasonable hours for all. Or, take turns being inconvenienced - if the next meeting is 5 am for you, the one after that is during biz hours for you.
In the passive aggressive arena, you could also respond in kind. Immediately schedule a stream of meetings with them when it is 1am there and seconds after scheduling, send a stream of emails expressing anger regarding the lack of immediate response, etc...
No need to be a dick they're extra set of hands to help out, some can think of themselves to make the time association some are just gonna be machines
Be proactive. Work directly with them on a communication plan that works for both of you. Like " send me ?s by x time and I'll reply by y time". Or have pre scheduled calls a few times a week at 730am ET (or whatever time works mutually) to discuss items directly to avoid the misunderstanding that occurs in email. Learning how to work successfully with offshore can be a valuable skill as you will get more accomplished as a team.
