I completed my 3rd round of interview on July 18 and have been waiting to hear from the HR ever since. I was confident that my interview went well - upon contacting the HR that arranged interview she told me that migration is happening due which communication by <Recruiting HR> might be delayed.
Do you guys know by when the migration will complete? Should I keep my hopes up? Or this is just an excuse by the HR

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking
