Problem: Recently got promoted, so CCTC is 10.5 LPA. Problem is HR is not offering revised offer letter. HR is stuck at 13 only. So, is it worth to join DUSI. Please let me know in terms of WLB, increments and future perspestive.
Also, have offer from TIBCO software, 16 fixed+1.2 var.

I work at a small, 3 lawyer firm. One of the lawyers is not barred in the state we practice.
