I applied for a lateral job in a growing group that doesn’t have associates yet. I talked to a sr. associate in a different office/group to get a better sense of the firm’s vibe and we both really enjoyed our call. He kindly offered to recommend an interview to HR. Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
