How long it takes to get an offer letter from infosys after HR round?
I had HR round on 10th February. HR said they will release the letter by 16th EOD. Now i emailed her and she is saying it's pending for approval.

I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

I have got offer with IBM, TCS, TekSystems, Accenture but I declined it for various reasons. I have never lead a team. Till now I have worked as a individual contributor onl. So I am afraid to take up the lead role and also next few years I want to purely work as a hands-on guy. Is it fine to join Wells Fargo? Pls suggest.
