Is there a clause in IBM if one separates before completing 1 year?
Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

Advice pls - was confirmed that Deloitte would be moving to offer approx 3 weeks ago. Offered lower than expected salary, asked for an increase and haven’t received any confirmation on the original or revised offer. Chased recruiter a few times only to receive a reply that its pending partner approval. Passed up a better offer in favour of getting into consulting and have another offer which I cannot afford to lose. Passed up offer 85k FNZ SC, current offer £80K Barclays VP, Deloitte -70k+6.7.

Does BNY Mellon not give anything in writing about the bonus that gets paid once a year?My cousin is negotiating an offer and they are only talking abt the fixed amount that will come on the offer letter and are assuring that the bonus will be paid out at the end of each year.

I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

I have experience in graphic design, but I just completed a certificate in UI/UX design so other than school projects I don't have an extensive amount of experience. Interviewed for 5.5 hours today at a boutique IB today. Base comp is a slight bump. 14 mos in FDD @ PwC who will make senior this CRT - love the role but want to see more of the transaction besides TBs and TB detail. Comp isn’t a huge bump but the IB seems to have a good culture. 20 people. I really am struggling. I worried about FDD golden handcuffs with limited exit ops. Please advise!!! How should I navigate this and assess it from an unbiased perspective. Thx!

If someone got an offer from DXC but currently is working in Accenture in level 10 with 6 years of experience, shall they switch or stick with Accenture? Its only been 6 months with Accenture though.
