I am having 11 year of experience and currently I am working as Associate Project Manager. On-site deputation. My Indian CTC is 33lakhs and I am PMP/Safe Certified.

I didn’t received any hike in last two years, and hence management sent me on-site recently but Stockholm is very expensive.

Should I come back to India and search for a new job??? Please help with your experience
