I was a part of a management program for the past 4 years in a mid-size local company; worked in a variety of functions: operations, sales, data, marketing, and audit. Thinking about pivoting to consulting, how would you advise me to go about this pivot?

Has anyone had experience pivoting w/ a nontechnical background to a big tech company? Currently at a biotech startup, BA in bio from a top 3 Uni, but worried since my degree isn’t in finance or business or CS that they won’t give me a chance.
