I have total 5.11 years of experience out of this, I have 4 years into oracle fusion cloud technical with 14.5 lpa as current compensation. Currently I am holding an offer of 19lpa with one of the MNC and also am in discussion of offer for one of the big 4(Deloitte/PWC). Can anyone please suggest to me how much I can quote as my expected salary. And also what would be the least CTC to say Yes during negotiations.

Hi all,

After the final interview, HR reached out and said they would like to extend an offer. HR gave a ball park of 135k - 145k base with about 15k in sign-on equity and 20k annual bonus.

After a couple of days, HR person came back with with 125k base and 20k annual bonus. No sign-on equity anymore. What should I do given that these numbers seem way lower than the initial range provided? HR claimed it’s because of “market conditions”.

What is the difference in terms of seniority between specialist and analyst in salesforce? From my knowledge, specialist is usually more junior than analyst but the posting for the specialist role requires 3 YOE

I recently started in a sales role. Have a heavy consulting background (20 years) imagine big four and SI experience. Question - from here how easy or difficult is it to move internally. What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. Big name client experience and complex professional services sales and delivery experience with global teams (India, UK, Latin America).

Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. Higher ups love the firm… I do not want to micromanage, but I have genuine concerns about outside counsel’s ability to try this case. Trials are rare, and I just don’t think these guys have actually tried many cases. Cont. below…
