I have 2.7years of experience and have a CTC of 10.5 L currently.

It's a widely known that product based companies (like MAANG pays handsomely), for software engineer roles and that is what a lot of CS grads strive for ,this is true for MAANG and also a lot of startups,unicorns and other tech companies.

Options considering:
1/ Continue current path, stack more deal experience, strong chance of Director promo in 3-6 months
2/ Don’t wait, just jump or apply to other roles
3/ Study and go back to grab MBA (considering MIT or Stanford MSX - 1 YR)

Anyone able to offer insights on Talent Management salary range these days? Entertainment roles have traditionally paid much less than other industries but wondering if post-covid world has changed this.

Has anyone had success renegotiating pay while remaining in the same position? The last two years have significantly changed my local market and the less-than-inflation federal pay raises are not cutting it. What is a starting salary for a senior consultant that does energy transformation consulting at other consulting companies? I know GH underpays lower than market, but I’m having a hard time gauging how much more. Not enough reports on Glassdoor for my company and city.
