How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league. I mostly see younger clients which I guess works in my favor, but I just feel like I'm totally incompetent compared to the women I work with.

What law firm is your favorite for run of the mill employment issues in the US and internationally (India, Australia, UK, Germany, etc.). When I was younger, I used to be able to speak in public just fine. Now that I am older, I get a sort of paralysis where my face is super hot, I can't remember anything of what I wanted to say and my voice breaks as if I am about to cry. God damn it

When I get mild anxiety during a conversation I press my thumb agains one of my other fingers and it helps me relax a bit. Does anybody else do this? 😭
