I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.

Microsoft is fairly standard - recruiter screen - Hm screen - on-site (3-5 interviews) - offer.
Google is weird - recruiter screen - hiring manager round - on-site. However, post on-site they’ll collect your feedback and present it to a hiring committee. Sometimes if feedback is amazing they’ll skip this step - or if you were really bad. If the hiring committee passes you, you are then put into a matching phase where interested hiring managers will reach out to you for one last round before offer. This whole process can take forever
