Managing attorneys in small firms - how much do you make?

I'm in South Florida. Currently a 6 year associate at a small firm (~12 attorneys, 55 staff). Making a move towards Managing Attorney position that they are considering hiring from outside the firm for. I'm going to make the case that they should promote from within and give me the position. I'm objectively a good candidate for it. Question is... what's a good salary for that position? What do you make? Thanks.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
