Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.

I informally accepted a position at Silicon Valley Bank, after attempting to negotiate a higher wage, the recruiter advised this wasn't a possibility. However, while completing the background check I received another offer from Wells Fargo. The SVB position most aligns with my career objectives but the Wells Fargo position pays more (13k difference). I want the SVB position however I would like to leverage the Wells Fargo position to negotiate a higher salary. Any suggestions on strategy?

The calendar invite only goes until 4pm but I wasn’t sure if there’s any additional events that go on. Job offers. Got an offer from Parker hannifin within 2 weeks of application. Still going through interview process with Rockwell automation, 3 interviews and over a month. Operation manager said I will be hearing from Hr soon on next steps. Leverage offer with Parker or take the job?
