Had joined Infosys in May 2021 and almost 9 months are done.
Had received some joining bonus and it was written that it will be taken back if i leave the company within a year.

Have resigned last week so 10 months are completed but my last reliving date is after three months (NP) i.e after completing 1 year..
So will they consider dat of resignation or last day of employment..?

If you are a first year in a stub year, and significantly under billable hours requirement, do firms typically still give pro rated bonus? Do first year stub associates really ever hit their pro rated hours in those 2-3 months?

My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
