Had received some joining bonus and it was written that it will be taken back if i leave the company within a year.
.
Have resigned last week so 9 months are completed but my last reliving date is after three months (NP) i.e after completing a year .
So will they consider dat of resignation or last day of employment...?
Will they take back joining bonus that I had received..??

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
